I think that all avid readers go through phases when the books they read are good, enjoyable and a steady read, When this happens I am happy to plod along happy to go with the flow. I am pleased to say that every so often you find a book that grabs you for from the first page and you end up reading every spare moment until you finish the novel. Dead Tracks is one of those rare books that I have found to be a true joy to read and one I want to tell all my friends about so they don't miss out on the best book I have read for a while. I had never read any of Tim Weavers books and thought Dead Tracks sounded good enough to pay the daily deal price of 99p. I was swept away by the quality of the writing, the plot and every page dragged you into the scene till you almost expected one of the characters to turn and speak to you. It is well worth paying full price for so to have bought it for 99p I feel is an injustice to the author. idownloaded Tim Weavers other two books as soon as I finished Dead Tracks, and am more than happy to pay full price for them. If you like a well written tale with many twists and turns that contains well rounded people in a well thought out plot then this book is for you. Another nice thing about this book is that it has a well constructed ending that rounds things off nicely but leaves enough that you want to know what happens next then Buy this book, it really is a Fantastic read !
