I bought this book as a supplement to my yoga practice. It's a very easy read. The exercises are rather cleverly described twice in each chapter which really encouraged me to roll out my mat and try them! And voila, another aspect of yoga becomes real for me and I describe it as I have more space in my body to live, in my head for my thoughts, and in my heart for my feelings, all in the end to let them go to be nearer the divine. Splendid.
