The only Italian cookery book you'll ever need!,

I was given this book as a birthday present and I just love it! The book is set out in comprehensive chapters, such as Antipasti, Pasta, Meat, Cheeses etc. Each chapter is full of exellent photographs showing step by step guides (How to make pasta, how to quarter a chicken etc) along with information including personal stories from the author, regional differences and also the history of the particular food stuff.
I've tried a number of recipes - Rosemary Focaccia, ravioli, gnocchi and they've all turned out really well.
You wont regret buying this book!
