I have been waiting for this release since "Mister Mental" exploded out of the stereo early this year, and got even more excited when the other singles came out "I Could Be Angle" and the highly addictive "Rise Of The Eagles", and the album lives up to my expectations and beyond. The first album is a straight forward hard rocking piece of music which is one of my favourite albums and this new album is just the next step up. The band sound like they have developed in an amazing way, the tunes, random weirdness and raw energy are all here, Guy's vocals are amazing and the rest of the band sound like they have evolved beyond themselves. Songs like "The Dancing Girls" and "I Rejection" really blow me away and then the crazyness of "Puppy Dog Snails" and "Temple Music" pull it all together. I saw them at Glastonbury and they cut it live and with all of their releases. The Eighties Matchbox B-Line Disaster is the wake up call to all the samey bands out there, so get off ur chair and buy this if you love rock!
