The Best Parks Tome So Far,
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: Tell Me Something (Paperback)
Out of all the chick-lit writers, Adele Parks manages to pack her novels with everything that sums up the genre with the most talent and attention to detail. Though "Playing Away" gets a lot of good press, "Tell Me Something" is her finest novel, much better than its follow up "Love Lies". The characterization (as always) is cliched and annoying, but the change of scenery is a nice touch, and you actually find yourself routing for the characters this time, unlike with previous books. A little protracted, "Tell Me Something" is a still a good way to spend a couple of days, and it is a lonely book that will resonate with you once it's over. Recommended.
