I found this book first in a charity shop, and later I bought a second and third copy on Amazon to give it to friends as gifts.
I had been looking for a proper running advice book for woman, but with simple and useful language, and not complicated, overwhelming texts.
This book can explain and understands your feelings, physical conditions and gives you the right guidelines how to progress.
Really heart to heart talk from woman to woman about running without being heavy, or loosing the point.
Very practical, useful advice.
I had never even got a better advice from a personal trainer.
Since this book I run a half marathon! and currently pregnant and confident in my exercise and running and training style.
