5.0 out of 5 stars Great Piece of Kit, 18 Dec. 2005

This review is from: Doctor Who - Mini Radio Control Dalek Battle Pack (Toy)
The battle pack daleks are really good although in total the entire set takes 12 , YES 12 AAA Batteries so stock up. My gold dalek of the set is 27 MHZ and does not work as well as the black one due to a wireless internet connection working at 24 MHZ. After 1 day of use although on a table as didnt work on carpet my dalek was damaged one of the lights on the top snapped but we glued it back on and looks fine although when I took it out of the box the head slightly dislodged and it is now wonky.
So Be careful with them and if you have a wirelless internet connection set up at home then note that the gold will not work as well as black. The figure is not really needed but is nice to have buy the doctor if possible as this is limited

reviewer says:
the dalek battle pack is brillient. I brought one and they work fine, curently none on of them has broke althought the black one moves slightly to the right when it goes in a straight line. The sad part is that you have to buy 12 aaa batterys unless you buy the m&s version. I think the reason some peoples don't work well is because a majority were'nt made proply or that i found out is if you own a dog the hairs on the floor get stuck in the wheels, but this can easly be taken out with a cocktail stick. the over all product is pretty good and is worth around £15 - £30 and if you are a collecter like me, its worth buying as you can not buy it in any shops that i know of.Doctor Who - Mini Radio Control Dalek Battle Pack
