This book is chock full of wonderful recipes. It's a bit overwhelming to know where to start but I know it will become a firm favourite.
Now for the 'but' bit! It's very American which means everything in measured in cups not grams or ounces. You will need your phone handy to look up words like rutabaga, cilantro, scallions and collard. Some of the ingredients are difficult to get hold of like Mirin and Vital Wheat Protein. Lastly out of a 300 page book there are only 16 pages of photos.
