I must have tried about 15-20 of the recipes in this book and most of them are completely unmemorable, with some being downright inedible! There is a multitude of recipes in here and it may be that I just haven't found the good ones yet but so far it's not good. In addition the pages are made out of the weakest paper so far used by humanity. The slightest hint of moisture - not unknown whilst cooking - causes ripping etc.
It's no disaster but there are better vegetable cookbooks out there, such as the inestimable Madhur Jaffrey's World Vegetarian.
