5.0 out of 5 stars Unbelievable for the money..., 2 Aug. 2010
This review is from: 7dayshop Sport V4.0+EDR Bluetooth Wireless Sport Stereo Earbuds Headphones Headset with Mic - Funk Black (Electronics)
To be honest I didn't expect much for the price but having just bought an iPod Touch I wanted to be able to listen to music whilst working in the garden. My current wired pair of over-the-ear cans end up getting tangled with tools or in bushes nearly every time I use them and it can be painful when they accidentally get pulled off or you hang yourself with the cord! They were also quite expensive so there was always the risk of damaging them.

This pair paired first time without fuss, they're quite comfortable and the sound quality is surprisingly good - good enough for me to have just ordered a second pair for the wife to use in the gym. I particularly like the built-in volume control and the option to pause the music if required.

They also paired first time and functioned correctly with my Nokia phone, although I doubt I'll ever bother to use them with that, I just wanted to see if it would work!

Fully charged batteries will last for 20 hours according to the box which I think is pretty good but I've yet to test that claim.

Overall, 5 stars - well worth the money.

Not sure to be honest - I bought it recently (from Amazon) and it was advertised as "the latest version". It's the 8GB model which may be slightly different to the 16 & 32GB versions but I think, if there is a difference, its possibly just the screen technology - but I may be wrong, I'm not an expert I'm afraid. I suspect these headphones would work with any of the current models though and probably with earlier versions if they have Bluetooth. I've also successfully paired these headphones with PCs, laptops and even a Bluetooth dongle on a shortwave receiver! The headphones are in almost daily use and I'd still rate them a good buy.

If you're ever looking for a dock for your touch I'd recommend this one: Logic3 i-Station Rotate Speaker System for iPod/iPhone. Not only is the sound good but you can rotate your touch to watch videos - now 'er indoors can watch Buble in bed......

Thanks Stuart, I've found reviews elsewhere too which state since the latest OS update to OS 4 that these headphones and their forward and backward buttons work fine :D
Thanks for the rec. on the dock :D I have a makeshift alarm clock dock which I only use to charge it as I hate how loud it is when the alarm comes on :p so I may be in the market for a better one soon!
