As others have said the tools are useless after just opening one screw. The item itself is poor quality. I highlighted it to the seller that the screen has a line at the bottom and causes issue with the apps, plus it freezes as well. Seller is adamant that I must send the item back to get a replacement - it is bit weird as they have accepted it is a fault. Going through the pain of removing the screen and then be without the phone until a replacement arrives seems not a practical option. It appears that seller just wants to take advantage of the criticality of screen changing and are selling poor quality product to make money for themselves.
Interestingly, have found it difficult to report the seller to Amazon as well. Will keep looking to get refund.
