1 Please plug to the built-in USB 3.0 port via computer to see if there is any difference
2 It is strongly recommended to update the driver and firmware for your USB 3.0 host controller to the latest version. Identify the brand of your USB 3.0 controller to search online, or contact your PC/motherboard supplier directly. This ensures a smooth and reliable experience when using any USB based device (either 2.0 or 3.0) with the USB 3.0 host controller. Or please try another computer.
3 A defective USB 3.0 cable or hub might be the cause.
