I am a vegan and a huge fan of Asian food so this book is perfect for me, possibly my favourite cookbook from a considerable collection. The book is laid out by country which is great, with some pictures in the centre to get your appetite going. The only thing about these recipes is that some of them have a lot of elements to prepare and a wide selection of spices. This is fine for me as I already had a rather well stocked pantry, but you might need to pop out to your local Asian food store for a few of the ingrediants if you dont already have them.
