4.0 out of 5 stars Very good, 26 Feb. 2010
This review is from: Western Digital Elements 1.5TB USB 2.0 Desktop External Hard Drive( non-UK specification ) - Black (Personal Computers)
I ordered this item a couple of days ago on free delivery and it came very quickly. On reading previous reviews about having the wrong type of plug i was a bit sceptical about purchasing this hard drive but after contacting Amazon I decided to buy it and i'm glad i did. The plug was an English one and setup took less than 30 seconds. The hard drive holds a massive amount of data and it's the cheepest quality hard drive on amazon at the moment in my opinion. The drive speed does seem to be a bit slower than previous hard drives though...

I think you'll find it's an English plug, not a Scotch one.

since the scottish, welsh and northern irish use the SAME plug as the english. it will be a BRITISH PLUG.

Surely depends whether the 'Scotch' or Welsh parliaments decide to change the design of their plugs to European standards? You think I jest - look up Wikipedia, 'Europlug' !
