Customer Review

on 1 December 2009
This is a terrible book that if you were to pick it up in a bookshop you would put it down within 20 to 30 seconds and mutter something like "Well I hope Stephen sues the author or at least gets his picture taken off the cover".

My mistake for buying it quickly online as I assumed it was a collection of Mr Fry's witty comments. It is NOT - It's a feeble attempt by "The Author" to mimic Fry's amusing metaphors and speech and consists of a "dictionary" of everyday words or phrases that are "translated" into what I assume he may call "FrySpeak"

Unfunny, boring, stupid and a nasty rip-off of a huge talent ...

However, on the up side I bought it from Oxfam books online and so my eight quid went to a good cause.
