The art of Wallace and Gromit the Curse of the Wererabbit - reviewed,
This review is from: The Art of Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were-rabbit (Paperback)
This book is a really great guide to how the oscar winnning movie was made.
From early character designs to the drawing of the storyboards, it's all here presented with some beautiful drawings all placed at the right point in the book so that they do go with what is being written.
My favourite parts were, as a mad fan of the film, the boxes with bits you might have missed in the final production.
These were things from the barbers shop being called 'a close shave' (a reference to the duos 3rd outing) to the mysterious fact that Feathers McGraw (the penguin from the Wrong Trousers) appears in the film for a good 7 or 8 seconds, something that no-one sofar outside Aardman has spotted!
All in all, a wonderful guide and a must hae for beginners and advanced animators as well as a must have for any fans of Wallace and Gromit!
