Excellent book with clear instructions for hand and machine-made ice-creams. Wonderful flavours include pistachio, a wonderful chocolate, vanilla to die for, coffee-toffee swirl and numerous others just as mouthwatering. I haven't tasted the like even in Italy! All recipes are carefully laid out, not only with pictures of the finished product, but with clear illustrations demonstrating the making process. The section on iced desserts shows great ideas for dinner parties and other more formal occasions. All in all, a great book both for expert and novice alike.
