Not for toddlers,
This review is from: The Huge Bag of Worries (Paperback)
I'm not sure what the intended age range for this book is, but it didn't seem appropriate for my four year old. The metaphor of having little monsters in a bag following you was just too confusing. I don't want to add to her worries by making her think there are monsters following her around! She is still at an age where she takes things quite literally. Probably a good book for ages 6 to 9, maybe older.

Amazon Customer says:
I thought this was a terrible book for children. Some of the worries the child has in the book, such as "I am fat" or "I'm going to be killed by a bomb" we're not ideas that I wanted my five year old to consider. I am astonished anyone thinks this is appropriate for children. I would give it zero stars if I could.

but these are concerns that some very young children really do have, never underestimate a child. The idea is not that they learn to worry about those worries, but that they learn that they can talk about their own worries.
