Why did i not like this book or at least i was guite dissapointed. 1)I found the eksplanation part to thin/to litle. I say either do a proper eksplantion og skip it. I haven't actually gotten any answers to my question after i read that part 2) There are no pictures at all in this book and the hole set up is quite dull 3) There are a lot of recipes that are quite filled with starky stuff. Lots of bananas and other fruits. But also other ingredients making the recipes quite high in carbohydrate, which i belive most paleo people are trying to avoid 4) It talks about planing your meals, so that you would get the proper amounts of protein, fats and carbs. Telling you to be aware of not getting to much fat and stuff like that. My belive is, that one of the great things about the paloe lifestyle is that you dont need to measure and count all your food, as long as you keep an eye in not getting to many carbs..
