Donna Hay has brought much happiness to this beginning cook. I bought this book over a year ago and it's since sprouted dozens of little post-it tabs as I've tried and enjoyed a number of recipes. Favorites include Thai Lemongrass Rice Salad, Chilli Salted Beans & Chilli Fish with Sweet Lemon Salad. If you're just learning to cook and enjoy using fresh ingredients as well as big, juicy photographs of the finished dishes, this one's for you.
