Pasta written by Antonio Carluccio full of recipes and information by the chef,it is clear that he enjoys what he does,the book has some wonderful tips and advice with easy to follow guides,the history of pasta is informative,it tells you how and where pasta came from but the word pasta is really Italian.
There are recipes that he can be seen to show how to make fresh pasta & how to shape the pasta,soup recipes using fresh shell fish and the region of Italy that it originated from,even gives alternatives to please all tastes.
I like the way the book is set out with information and small snippets with some really good photos they say the Italian way is the best way to eat,i would recommend this book if you like pasta with easy to follow instructions with foods that most of us have in our cupboards.
