great for honey lovers?,
This review is from: Jack Daniels Whiskey Honey, 70cl (Wine)
Although i am not a huge fan of honey, I am a Jack Daniels fan, especially some of the limited editions, single barrel being a favourite of mine, so, as a result i was bought this as a gift, nevertheless i gave it a go, it has that distinct honey aroma and it is a background suggestion with the expected rude interruption of fire on the first glass. The second glass and the honey flavour starts to make itself known, the flavour increasing in severity with every sip, sadly though for me, it became like an unwanted guest. So, it is unusual, nothing like No.7, a blind taste test would not give away the brand. In summary, the honey flavour is a bit crude, almost aggressive as you refill your glass, but that is probably because i am not a fan of honey? Then again, i like marmite, my better half hates it. So try it, see what you think, you might love it.

Personally I absolutely adore this product for its smoothness and taste but it is expensive but happy days amazon sell it at a very reasonable price compared to asda even allowing for my staff discount ie at least a tenner cheaper, I am personally fed up of having to drink inferior products from supermarket that I dont enjoy because they are cheaper a bottle of jack daniels honey for 20 quid happy days

Nell, thank you for you helpful and constructive comment. The reason I bought honey jack and drank it, and reviewed it is because that's exactly what I did. Just because I am not a lover of honey or even a fan of honey does not mean I do not eat it now and again. This might completely blow your mind now, but I don't really like porridge, but I ate some this morning! and get this, I added honey to it, mental I know, I blow my own mind sometimes.

Not liking honey you make your own review unhelpful and invalid to others as well as biased! Everyone I know ADORES this, lots of people don't like Jack Daniels but adore this, as for the honey getting stronger and stronger, I am now on my 3rd bottle in 6 months and none of these bottles became stronger and stronger.

This is surely the most ridiculous argument I've read on here, other people who may not be massive fans of honey but love Jack Daniel's (I'm assuming) would be interested to gage the opinion of somebody else with similar tastes before purchasing a bottle. I can't see what the issue is - this review constructive and stays on point.
Personally I'm not a fan a massive fan of honey by itself either but love this product so does that make my opinion invalid as well?
