VERY interesting book!,

The first part of the book explains WHY we get fatter around the middle in our middle years. It's fascinating and made me feel a lot less guilty about "not having looked after myself!". The middle part of the book gives a quick insight into how eating differently can help to shift the weight. The last part of the book wasn't interesting to me, as I really don't have the energy or time for faffing around with the whey, etc, particularly as I have a lot of food intolerances, but could be very useful if you're determined to take a new approach to calories.
