Customer Review

on 7 June 2000
A 'truely amazing' film, however a 'nice' cd....I was looking forward to writing a standing ovation type of review but it looks like I am the only person on this planet to think that this really wasn't the 'most amazing' soundtrack ever! In reference to the comment that the "wonderful melodies continued through the album" (as written in another review) I tend to agree that there was a continuation of a melody but this started to sound a little repetative. Don't misunderstand the fact that the music on here is outstanding, as it is in the film....it just didn't move me in the way other Classical compositions do. Would the music on this album be as 'exceptional' if we all hadn't seen the movie? I don't think so.
