Also saw this diet by accident in the Daily Mail and book came earlier than expected from Amazon. The book is very well laid out and easy to read. The author explains in full how the different types of food work in our bodies. It is an inspiring read.
Now for the diet, i have been on it for 9 days now and i have lost 5 1bs which is just over 2kg and considering that i don't have that much to lose, it is a good amount. I am never hungry as you can eat unlimited quantities of certain foods. As the author says, you have to focus on what you can eat and not what you can't. I have been spreading the word about this diet. Highly recommended, great book, great diet.
