I have had a bad experience with this phone. The first showed dust was getting behind the screen after just two days. Amazon replaced the phone. The second soon after upgrading to the latest firmware would freeze sometimes when the camera was selected. I contacted Motorola & they said to return the phone to them for repair, I was unhappy with this response & eventually Motorola said it was not a firmware or software issue but some external source such as the Sim card or memory card installed. I changed the sim card for new & also fitted a new memory card. All was well for a week then the phone started freezing again when the camera was selected. The second phone was returned to Amazon for a full refund. I congratulate Amazon on their excellent & prompt service but I would not recommend this phone.
