Naughty Dog has done a great job yet again. The Last of Us is probably the first post-apocalyptic survival horror game with zombies that I've actually bothered to pick up because it seemed to be so much more than that, and it is. I'll spare people long paragraphs because I think everyone knows the story by now. I'll just summarize my experience with the game.
Gameplay: quite robust. AI does get a little wonky at times but doesn't stop you from enjoying the game. The game is actually an emotional journey - one that you won't forget for a very long time.
Music: very fitting for the atmosphere. I loved it. I actually found myself Googling it after finishing the game.
Graphics/visuals: this was the best part for me. The game looks so sad and beautiful at the same time. Standing outside the ruins of a pizzeria and going inside the ruins of an office with broken printers and computers inside it made wonder how much effort Naughty Dog had to put into creating so much detail. It's seriously outstanding.
Multiplayer: not outstanding, but fun nonetheless.
Overall, this is a game that everyone MUST try out. It's going to be remembered as one of the best PS3 exclusives.
