Have had this book for several years now and dip in and out - a fabulous book to read in bed too! The pictures inspire you to cook and you won't be disappointed. I made the Roasted Aubergine Rolls for some veggie friends and it ended up being eaten by the non-vegggie lot - and a demand for the recipe. I have my favourites and go back to them time and time again, but also try new ones. I could wax lyrical all morning, but need to go and get a few ingedients for the aubergine gallettes... buy it and explore the world of restaurant cooking in your own kitchen!
