Beating Bad Breath and Fury Tongue,

I am not the best at oral hygiene. Mostly I brush my teeth once a day; I smoke and drink a fair amount so bad breath sometimes is a problem. Normally I use an alcohol based mouthwash such as Listerine, which does the job ,but not for too long. Thus my interest in this product.
The bottle is chunky and masculine. Sort of medicine bottle like but with nice rounded edges. I like it. I was less enamoured of the name. Retard is not a compliment in my neck of the woods and while I know its proper meaning, to inhibit. RETARD is what screams from the bottle even if you do artfully subdivide the world on the bottle to RETAR-Dex. If retard is taken in its proper meaning what the bloody hell is "DEX" supposed to imply. Not the world's best name really.
The mouthwash comes with an additive liquid to make it minty. I didn't use this because I wanted to see what it tasted like neat. Actually it has very little taste at all, more a sort of slight metallic after taste, if anything. I found I missed the fresh burst afforded by my usual mouthwash but the experience was in no way unpleasant.
I used it daily for ten days and then as a one off alternating with my usual mouth wash. Do you know, it actually works. It works best when used consistently, as you would expect. Your mouth doesn't smell minty just doesn't smell at all! The stuff also helps remove what can only be described as furry tongue problems and manages to blitz bad breath caused by a night on the booze. No mean feat!
If you suffer from any disorder which has bad breath as symptom this stuff could be a god send, but as I don't I would have to put this down as a possible benefit. Pricey at around £5 but it does do what it says on the tin, which is all you can really ask.
