This book is amazing,when 'you' are stressed it is impossible to think clearly...its is not helped by doctors prescribing antidepressants, these really mess with your mind. Creative people are the gold medalists of self criticism. So this book takes you back to basics. It brings back a simple tangible structure to to your day. It starts with a thread of hope you know that you have to grab and hold onto for your life, it strengthens you one day at a time and then, steadily more until you can plot a corse and set sail. It gives you the tools to calm the inner dialogue. A brilliant guide for a good life.
