Ok so I just got this and started level 1. I used to be a fitness junkie after having kids then I got bored of it and have since put on weight. Based on past experience this is a DVD that is going to whip me into shape! Just as you feel that you cannot do anymore like abs section it ends and you move on to something else. I get bored quite easily and i don't delight in experiencing pain so this is perfect timing for me. Jillian is not irritating and the workout is really motivational. I really dislike celebrity fitness DVD's so Jillian makes sense and clearly knows her stuff. I got to know some fitness instructors in the past and I found out that they watch these kinds of DVD's and copy them. Which lead me to thinking why am i paying you to teach me something i can do at home? Well i tried and purchased Davina DVD and found her plain irritating. I like Rosemary Conley's simple approach But Jillian Micahaels is dynamic and i love the different levels. The music is fine and will not date which is a bonus. I'm looking forward to getting into shape without running the gauntlet of the gym/classes. It's all about the SHRED!!!!!!!!
