1983 is a classic season. Like other 80s F1, the cars often visibly struggle for grip, making the racing so much more exciting. That woman's voice in commentary however - who the heck is she and how did she get the job? She sounds exactly like the main commentator's annoying little sister who had to come along to the shoot because there was no baby sitter available. On top of that, her utterances very rarely have anything to do with F1, let alone the current race being discussed - they're usually some inane comment about something happening elsewhere (at one point she comments that 'the girls should stick with macaroni as it's less fattening). Thankfully, the main commentator tells her to can it in the very first race, so she doesn't get to ruin the actual racing. On the plus side, the commentary is spoken as if it's actually happening, as opposed to the past tense which you usually get with these videos. That massively improves the immersion factor for me. Don't hesitate, if you see this around, grab it!
