This is a great mp3 player. I received mine a week ago and am delighted. It's amazing that creative isn't marketing it more aggressively. It's very hard to get info on it -- this forum is the best I've found. People tend to compare it to the Zen Micro because it has the same shape and interface. This is a bit unfair. It should be compared to other 20gb players. It is one of the smallest 20gb players out there. It is very similar in size and shape to the new Sony network walkman which reviewers are saying is so small. But because of the rounded corners the zen sits better in the hand. The only drawback of the zen compared to other 20gb players is its shorter battery life (10 hours or so). Other than that (and the lack of a color screen if you are into that kind of thing) it seems to be one of the best 20gb player on the market, and is priced very aggressively. The build quality seems very high. The ac adaptor is small and both it and the supplied standard usb cable have a shiny black finish matching the player. Before buying I wondered about a couple of things: It will charge (but very slowly) with just a standard usb cable -- the supplied ac adaptor isn't strictly necessary, but does speed it up considerably. As noted elsewhere, you can use the remote control for the zen micro with it. It can use the same power adapters as the Jukebox 2 or 3 or the MuVo2. I got the car kit (20 euros) which has a cigarette lighter adapter and a cassette adaptor so the battery life is not an issue for me. One great feature of the creative players (except the Touch) is that you can bookmark your place in an mp3 file. This is good for audio books as you can leave your book, listen to music for awhile and return to where you left off. All in all, if you don't need 20 hour battery life this is a really, really great player. Highly recommended.
