these MoS workout dvds always get mixed reviews... some people absolutely luuuUUuuv them and think they are the best workouts they ever have done and then there are those that feel as if they've been jipped - how are they ever supposed to follow this hard to follow nonsense when they're not professional dancers? for my part, there is a grain of truth in BOTH those opinions. this workout is gonna test yer nerves more than once ( and if it doesn't, wow - i'd love to know your secrets/hobbies... ). yes, it IS kinda hard to follow and you just might find that you're completely annoyed with it and feel you've totally wasted your hard earned money. BUT anything worth doing is hardly ever easy, now isn't it? so, if you push through your frustrations and stick with doing it a few times a week ( trust me, you won't believe how fast the time passes when you're working on working out to this and other MoS workout dvds ), it WILL get easier, you WILL learn the moves and if you don't choke down a fast food meal or chocolate bar after you (attempt to) do it, you WILL shed some weight. alllllll that said, the music is fantastic.
