This book offers lots of invaluable dietary advice and is concise. No waffling here, just constructive and common sense stuff. Its a book you can read almost in one sitting or dip into when the need arises. So much of it strikes a chord with me and I am already finding that following the diet helps with my symptoms considerably. Well worth a read and keep to hand for quick reference. I had never considered excluding sugars but looking at my food diary and symptoms it makes real sense.
