Stopped working after 3 months.. UPDATE

I don't normally write reviews but felt I had to for this product
I bought it for my wife in April and she loved it.
Since middle of July it's stopped working, I've contacted MoreFit but apart from one reply, nothing.
It wasn't the most expensive tracker on the market but I would have expected it to last at least 12 months. Their customer service is truly awful and I would advise others to look at alternative manufacturers. STAY AWAY FROM MOREFIT...
I understand that things sometimes go wrong with products but it's the way an issues is dealt with is the most important part of customer service in my opinion
Once Morefit contacted me following my earlier review, my issue was sorted in a quick and professional manner.
