Pros - this sucks up water and moisture out the air better than an elephant! I set the timer to start at midnight every night and by morning I empty the almost full drawer. I have it set on low speed and humidity 50 and it fills that 1.5l tank. Timer feature really handy, i set it every morning to start midnight. Not one drop of condensation on the windows in all 3 bedrooms and bathroom (1930s semi). I have this in the spare back bedroom and with all 4 landing doors open slightly allows it to do its magic!
Pros - it ain’t quiet! Even on low, the noise is not suitable to be on when someone is sleeping in the room. We have ours in the spare room so it’s out of earshot. I’m not a light sleeper, I fall asleep with the tv on, but this would keep me up. Also when the tank is full it sounds of 5 or 6 beeps - great when the tank fills up in the middle of the night and you’re woken to the dulcet tones, not!
4 stars still as like I say we have it in the spare room, but no way could you have it in your bedroom.
