Outstanding Quality - Excellent Functionality - Perfect Connectivity - Highly Rated App

What is there not to like about this fitness tracker? What a fantastic bit of kit! Beautifully packaged and very prompt delivery. Build quality is exceptional and on par with alternative items 8 times more expensive. Of the multitude of fitness trackers available on the market, my purchase was driven by the features of this watch, the verified purchase Amazon reviews, but also the JYouPro App, which scores highly and works perfectly. My wife has previously used an early model Fitbit (over £150) which for some reason stopped updating, had limited functionality and was cumbersome to charge. It simply doesn't compare to the Fitness Tracker HR Y1. Once activated (simply plug it into a USB socket to charge for 5 mins), and with the App installed on my iPhone, finding the device and pairing was automatic and immediate. Setting the App up to reflect my profile took all of 60 seconds and Apple users can sync the device and app data to Apple Health. Aesthetically, the watch face is clear and simple with nice colours and animated images. I particularly like the notifications I receive for incoming messages and telephone calls (across a variety of social media apps) but this feature isn't available for email. I have not had a chance to test the health or sleep functions in anger as yet, but the data that the app collects looks impressive and is presented in a clear and concise manner and can be shared across different social media platforms. The GPS tracking function is an added bonus and not something I would expect from a device under £30.00 at the time of purchasing (15/11/2018) and the 'find my phone' function is an added bonus. One, final natty function is the ability to take photographs remotely with your phone. Simply turn the remote selfie option on, and you can use the watch to trigger the shutter - ideal for group photographs in the absence of a selfie-stick. Instructions are clear and simple, if a little too simple. For example, there is no explanation as to how to use the stop watch and find my phone options (which are unusually located under the 'settings' menu), but a little trial and error tells me you have to hold down the 'button' for three seconds to select each feature from your chosen menu, but this is minor. Instructions and FAQs can also be found in the app for reference. The strap feels sturdy and secure, if a little stiff but I'm sure it will give a little over time. While not entirely waterproof, it is possible to wear it whilst washing or in the shower which is useful. Ultimately, I am so impressed with this fitness tracker that I am going to purchase two more; one for my wife to replace her Fitbit and one for my daughter who needs prising away from her laptop...'Oi, lazy chops, get off the sofa and do some exercise..!'.
