Good tracker while it worked until it had a vibration fault and had to deal with customer services

Quite large on the wrist (especially if you have thin wrists like me). The majority of Polar watches aren’t exactly attractive(I’ve owned the FT4, A360 & A370) but this is one of the more comfortable to wear. It has holes on the majority of the strap so skin can breathe.
You can setup different intervals on the Polar Flow app (very useful if you are training to run the Couch to 5K program).
It will notify you of incoming calls, alarm, texts, intervals and other app notifications. Most mornings I have to reconnect the device on my phone Bluetooth after using Do Not Disturb for sleeping.
Now the negatives. Two months after buying the device brand new it developed a problem where I could barely feel the vibration on my wrist. I had taken it in a pool twice, but the product is advertised as water proof. I sent the device back to Polar advising the vibration is weak/ barely detectable via recorded delivery. The item was apparently tested by Polar and returned with a service report stating “tested - product ok”. I spoke to Polar and was advised to return it again so they could replace an element. Again, I had to pay for a tracked service. I was advised the service time was 2-3 days, so was very surprised when the day after it being received I had a collection card from Royal Mail. When I collected the item it was a Polar M430, but the item was neither mine nor a replacement . It was somebody else’s faulty M430 that has been returned and for some reason, posted to me. Over a week after I sent mine back Polar cannot tell me at what stage my repair at or who it is with. They wanted me to send back the other customers faulty device and when I advised I had formatted it so I can use it, advised I can keep that one if I am happy to and they will send the other customer a new replacement. I informed them if mine isn’t coming back to me I want a new M430 too and the other customers can be collected from my work address at Polars cost. After waiting 3 working days and no replacement being received via recorded delivery service I have asked them to refund me as I am tired of waiting, things going wrong and chasing up what is happening with nothing making much sense. I have decided to purchase another brand of fitness tracker as life is too short.
