Good ideas, poor book
7 December 2018
I really, really wanted to like this book.
It is bang on the money as to how agile (with a small ‘a’) enterprises need to operate today, in terms of process innovation, social interaction, visible work, team learning and product development cycle time. It contains many interesting ideas and observations and is frequently thought-provoking.
Unfortunately the book itself could have done with a decent editor. The writing style is at times an almost-unreadable stream of consciousness, the chapters provide only a tenuous structure, and there are copious jarring turns of phrase and grammatical errors.
Still worth reading though.
