A great value phone for the money. (Honor 7 c)
13 September 2018
Supplied without headphones (no big deal) and with a ready-fitted screen protector. The cameras are not the sharpest, but that was to be expected at this pricepoint: the main (rear facing) camera is pretty decent in good light, while the lower resolution 'selfie' lens and sensor is distinctly mushy. The sharpness of the display is perfectly adequate for most usage, although clearly not the full HD of more premium models.
Battery life is excellent, there is little bloat ware, and the emui interface is fairly intuitive.
The phone is a slippery little beggar, so you will probably want to invest in some suitable protective casing.
Bought on a lightning deal, this twin-sim phone represented great value. At its higher price point it is up against some other well-featured phones from Motorola et al, so it is worth doing a little research prior to purchase.
I am warming to it the more I use it. It is quite quick in use when accessing apps, provides clear calls, and is certainly speedy enough for me. The dual- sim facility is potentially useful, and given the relatively low price of the product I do not feel overly precious about it, or worry about it being 'acquired' by anyone else. (I had been toying with getting the Honor 9 or 10 prior to buying this model, but could not in all conscience justify the extra expenditure given that I already have an excellent camera. I have had no reason to regret my purchase since).
