Comfortable but read review
6 November 2018
Typical Fly boots. Comfortable if you know which size to get. I always go one bigger so I can fit in socks. Good solid sole/heel, real leather, etc. Never knee high for tall women. My knee to my ankle is just over 50cm so I've learnt to live with supposedly knee-high boots that in reality come up to my calves. I was lucky enough to get two pairs when the price for each went below a hundred sterling. I digress.
Height-wise (see below dimensions), they are about the same height as other 'knee-high' Fly boots. I should know as I have about ten pairs (Yes, I know what you're thinking). The only thing to add is that these may not be suited to big calves, even with the buckle. Also, the foot part isn't for wide feet unless you're determined to suffer before breaking your pair in.
Dimensions: height excluding the sole is 34cm at the rear; 38cm in front.
Inside circumference top of boots when buckle on loosest setting is roughly 41cm. If your legs are bigger than 41cm at this point, the boots may still fit BUT expect muffins. Not a good look. Note that the point where the buckle sits on the shaft is narrower than the top measurement above.
If this has been useful, thank me by clicking the helpful button below. Otherwise, next time, I'll just write "They fit me." and zoom off. :-)
