Very disappointing customer service.

I don’t write too many reviews but I feel I need to after my experience with Hisense. I have friends who are happy with their TVs but although the tv worked fine for a budget set it was very slow & froze a few times. I tried to contact Hisense multiple times through email & telephone call but got absolutely no response. Amazon were good enough to send out a replacement to see if it was any better & it was slightly but not enough even for the budget price(£360). I tried again to get some advice from Hisense & they chose to ignore me yet again so I cut my losses & sent it back for a refund. Spent an extra £20 on an LG TV which works fine & from past experience I know they reply to emails & calls from customers.
