I don't see how the title and the content are connected

This book sounded very much like a summary of how great Daniel Gefen thinks he really is and he is not shy to talk about it extensively.
The part where I decided this book was not for me was the chapter where he tells an anecdote regarding his childhood. Gefen and his parents are in a forest for some reason that escapes me now, and Gefen says he wants to eat chocolate. His parents kindly remind him that they can't have chocolate because they are in the middle of the forest and they hadn't packed any chocolate. Gefen keeps repeating "I want to eat chocolate" so many times that his parents have to stop the forest trip, get in the car and find a place where they can buy chocolate for him. Gefen tells this as a success story. He says that he kept iterating what he wanted and he got it. Well, I believe being assertive and being a spoiled brat are different things. That anecdote itself was very off-putting, kind of making you ask "am I listening to this guy's advice?"
