Highly Recommend, Great Device

I bought my wife a FitBit for Christmas last year and wanted one myself. After hers failed within 6 months i was glad i didnt buy one as would have been a massive waste of money. When i saw this offering the same ability for less then £20 i thought i would give it a go. Worst case scenario, if it did fail i haven't lost much but with me concentrating on my fitness at the moment, i needed something to track my daily movement and sleep to aid me on my journey.
So far im really impressed with this device. The steps taken seem accurate, yes i did pace out a few steps to see if it updated correctly and it did. It only takes a few buttons to click through all the options to find what i want to see and i get all the information i need.
It requires an app to be downloaded, for free, to android or iphone and after pairing the device up, which was really simple, it synchs your information whenever you open the app. Just look at the top for the synch to complete.
I set mine up to my age, weight, height etc and started looking through the options. My personal favorite is the call notification. I leave my phone in my works van quite often to prevent it getting damaged whilst im outside working, this in turn means that often i miss calls, no longer with this. When a call comes through this device vibrates and states the name of the caller, or the number, on the main display so if i want to answer i can go get my phone rather than miss the call.
You can adjust the display to horizontal or vertical, depending on preference and as a watch itself its pretty smart. The display turns off when not being used to save the battery but when you raise your wrist to have a look, it senses the movement and displays the time. There is a button on the bottom which can also do this and scroll through your other options such as steps taken, calories burned, amount of time moving etc. So overall as a fitness guide it does identify when you're active.
The sleep sensitivity seems pretty accurate too. On both nights ive slept with it on ive taken note of the time and checked in the morning and it does recognize when i go to bed, when i get up and gives a reflection of deep and light sleep.
Easy enough to charge too, just take the strap off and plug into a usb port. Instructions say 2 hours for a 7 day charge and ive been wearing two days now and battery only just slightly gone down.
Overall im really happy with this product, especially when its a good price and it looks the part. Two full days with it on my wrist and no discomfort, dont even know its there. Highly recommend for anyone looking at improving fitness even from simply walking, or just wanting to monitor sleep, or if you just fancy a decent smart watch.
