Awful product, awful customer service

Honestly, can’t say how bad this sofa is and how horrific their “customer services” team were. The product was faulty and they refused to believe this, and had to pay for them to pick up their faulty product. Absolutely appalling product, absolutely appalling customer service! Still waiting for their “management “ to give me a call! Sent numerous emails and phone calls for uplift, was given three dates. Eventually confirmed they will definitely turn up to collect - took day off work ! Phoned all day for information - they didn’t appear. I had to take a second day off work and contact the courier myself to confirm uplift. This has cost me more than the money it cost to buy the product......please please don’t give yourself the add stress and buy another sofa..
