I had to get a pair of wireless headphones due to a recent change to my iPhone which now doesn’t have a headphone jack and my trusty Sennheiser PX200’s had finally given up the ghost. I’m not a fan of in ear headphones as they never seem to stay in properly and I find the sound quality inferior to over ear headphones. I bought these due to the positive reviews and the price. I have not been disappointed in fact I have been pleasantly surprised. The design of the headphones is excellent as the hook over the ears stops them falling out while I’m running which is what I normally use them for. While on holiday recently I also took the opportunity of sitting down and listening to a variety of music through them. Again I was surprised as to how musical they are with a good bass response and a sharp yet controlled top end. They are also agile enough to be able to cope with a wide variety of music genres. I ended up listening for a good couple of hours without tiring of their pleasant musical reproduction. I can’t comment on how the compare to more expensive headphones but quite frankly for the money I would definitely recommend giving them a try.
I bought these to replace some other 'active wear' headphones which simply kept falling out. These ones stay put. Sound quality is okay for the gym - don't expect miracles for the price. Pairing is good and they don't bleep annoyingly when you press any button like some headphones.
A few small negatives: 1) The cable tie could be more secure - it is open on both sides and cables are held in pretty much by friction, so they can simply come out if tugged. That might be a useful feature but during vigorous exercise it has popped off which was annoying. Lost an extra star for durability here as I expect I will lose the clip quickly.
2) The over ear clips are not shapeable. They are one size and don't feel particularly snug on my medium size ears. I expect they could feel weird on smaller ears. That said, the phones stay in securely.
3) The cables are somewhat stiff, so don't hang neatly. Mine are still retaining some of the shape they had when coming out of the box. I expect they will slacken off in time.
4) The volume down and up buttons seem to be the wrong way around for intuitive use. That's a real minor one.
I actually owned the first generation of these that I accidentally put through a washing machine and they still function well today so I know how resilliant they are. The sound quality of these is better and the build and style is slightly improved from the previous. Charging light was not as easy to find which made pairing the first time a bit slower but once paired, perfect.
Bought these for my son, at his request, & he absolutely loves them! They were purchased to replace the rather cumbersome headphones that came with his iPhone, he finds these much more comfortable, & a lot less restrictive. He was really impressed with the charging time, as well as how long the battery lasts between charges, he uses them daily on his commute, & at the gym, & says that the sound quality is also really good, in fact much better than he expected for such a reasonable price. The build quality must also be pretty sturdy, as the headphones have lasted him months already, & he’s not exactly gentle or particularly careful with his possessions!
The little thing on the wires fell off, but it's not affected anything. I love the controls being on the headphone. The battery lasts forever. Distance is a little short only across a small house if on the same floor, but it's eliminated the frustration of catching my headphones and ripping one out. I can't imagine going back to normal headphones now.
Very good product. Battery life and sound quality are excellent. Pairs effortlessly with all my Bluetooth devices and shuts down automatically when not in use. Notifies when the battery is low, pairing, disconnecting and when you exceed maximum volume. It's also noise canceling which is great. Bought two for myself and my husband for exercising and have no regrets. Good grip even when running. Very good product, smiling all the way
Love these! You really can not complain for the price! They look great on, sound is great and they’re simple to set up and they connect to my iPhone and Iwatch series 2 no problem! Yesterday I ran 6miles in the rain without my phone listening to music from my Iwatch with no problems what so ever! Love them I would definitely recommend
I have 2 pairs of these & love them. I mainly use for listening to audio books for an hour or 2 on my commute & find them comfortable and with clear sound. I have purchased loads of different earphones over the last couple of years trying to find ones that fit my awkward shaped ears & that don’t fall out so that I’m not constantly trying to put them back in as I’m walking along. A bonus is that I don’t annoy other people as they appear to not have noise leakage.
For this kinda money, superb! Using them for running, DIY and calls in general. Didn’t expect much, but this is one of those products where I was very pleasantly surprised. Most likely buying a second pair for backup.
I liked the colour, the foam buds and the 'wireless' factor.
I didn't like the sound quality which is undoubtedly a major factor. VERY bass heavy, mids are muffled and highs are barely existent. Was unable to play past 50% volume due to this. An equaliser app can sort this but they drain the battery and it is unnecessary hassle.
In terms of aesthetics, these are by no means discreet, and the wind noise is pretty bad due to the shape. I'm considering the off-brand in-ear airpods next as they should have no wind noise in theory.
-Used for 2weeks -Listened to Hiphop, UK/US rap, trap, drill, R&B and general audio (YouTube) -Used on commutes (cycling for 30min)
Edit: I am adding an extra star for the exceptional customer service (they have offered a choice of replacement).
