Let down by a lack of customer service

Maybe the watch is good, I do not know.. But, first, not being able to register it, and then not being able to get timely customer support to resolve the problem and set it up when actually visiting a person who lives quite far, and would be using the watch, made this purchase pointless. The watch was not that inexpensive and I did not expect such a poor customer service.
Update after 3 months: The customer service is poor, and expects customers to spend a lot of time to resolve problems - they work Mon-Fri 9-5 but can hardly be reached, which means a lot of e-mails (often sent in the evening to get a response the next day, and then endlessly like that). If you are retired (or similar), and can fit in their 9-5 availability and/or can dedicate as much time as they require, maybe you would eventually get this watch to work. If you work and have a really busy schedule, then this is a problem
