Biltong arrived fairly quickly nicely packed with a little home cooked touch by adding a ribbon.
Opened the drywors and got hit with a chemical smell one would expect to only find at a sewage works plant.
The wors was not dry, it was soft and rubbery bordering on flesh that has been kept in formalin stored on the bottom shelf of a forgotten laboratory
I was expecting good things, but honestly as a 45 year old male who spent 30 years of that living in parts of southern Africa, I can hand on heart tell you , don't waste your money and goto a butchery, the offal will taste better.
