If the watch had worked properly it would be great.
The calorie totals where wrong. Looked as though the BMR value was not being added correctly. Often the watch would have 0 calories shown at 6am when I put it on in the morning meaning no BMR calories were added from 12pm -6am.
The watch, app and website activity graphs and stats for calories, steps,duration etc where all wrong and different from each other.
GPS accuracy wasn’t great and often the altitude values of accent and decent wouldn’t match up.
Often the watch would have issues synchronising and lately got stuck continually trying to improve gps accuracy causing it to loop this process over and over.
Customer service through Suunto was slow at times and very vague to offering any help. The most I got told was it seemed like a software issue and it should be addressed in a further firmeware update. But could never tell me when this was likely to take place or even if it was actually addressed now or in the future.
Worth looking through some of the forums on Facebook to see what others think, but I have came across quite a few people with the same or similar issues.
Very disappointed, even more so as had everything worked and further updates added a few more features I would have been pretty happy.
But at the moment I’m distraught and angry at spending this amount of money on a product with such a big name to have all these issues and very poor support.
